Anxiety, stress and tension from the pressures of everyday life can all combine to make us ill. Making time for relaxation and meditation can lower your heart rate, blood pressure, reduce stress symptoms, fatigue, muscle tension and chronic pain whilst improving sleep quality, digestion, concentration and mood.
