Sleep and Relaxation
Having problems with sleeping is common for people with CFS/ME. Some find that they are sleeping too much but others find that they are not sleeping enough. In either case, most people do not feel refreshed after sleep. Join us to explore some useful strategies to improve sleep.
All are welcome.
Please note, a minimum contribution of £3 towards room hire and overheads will be collected, unless this would be a barrier to an individual attending. This will enable us to continue to offer support activities. Please discuss with us if this causes difficulty.
