Salus Fatigue Foundation are proud to announce that Liam Holder, Director of Urban Training Health, in Birmingham will be taking part in a 100km Ultra Challenge hike from London to Brighton, in 24 hours. This Ultra Challenge which takes place on 24th May 2020, will push Liam to the limits of his fitness, with a Richmond start by the Thames – then the North Downs and wonderful Surrey & Sussex countryside to halfway at Turners Hill. Then up and over the tough terrain of the South Downs before the welcome sight of the Brighton coastline comes in to view.

Liam is undertaking the Ultra Challenge to raise funds for Salus Fatigue Foundation. Salus Fatigue Foundation provides support, education and helps in the long term to inspire people living with fatigue related conditions to improve their health and wellbeing.
